Character design / backgrounds design / interface design - project for NISSAN ordered ans developped by KTM Advance

Context:
in 2009, Nissan offered their new car, the Pixo, for the first time. Since the Nissan sales force was not familiar with the car or its target market, Nissan selected KTM Advance to create a product awareness course for its sales force about the new Pixo car.

Project Objectives:
The purpose of this e-learning course is to train Nissan sales representatives to sell the new PIXO, taking into account customer satisfaction, and focusing more on customer needs and expectations, as opposed to the technical aspects of the car itself.

The Project:
This training course includes all phases of a sale in an interactive, user-friendly way, by using a variety of scripted client profiles and an attractive, easy-to-use graphic interface.

Principle:
The learner has to go through all phases of the sales process and make decisions based on his perception of the customer.
Depending on the learners decisions and the reactions of his customers, the sales representative either does or does not succeed in selling a Pixo; his commission varies as well, depending on the quality of the sale. The learner can judge the customer's mood throughout the training module based on information provided in the interface; the happier the customer is, the more likely the learner will sell a Pixo under high-qualtiy conditions.
At the end of the course, the student receives detailed feedback on his performance, sales skills, and overall knowledge of the Pixo.
